You can rely on us for lawn fertilization; weed control, insect and disease management. All taken care of by technically
    competent, trained and licensed applicators. When we fertilize your property, we are using the same professional
    fertilizers used on some of the most elite golf courses in the world.

    After hearing from you we will inspect your property and provide you with a free written estimate. Once a maintenance
    program has been developed and approved, we will return on a regular basis to make timely, seasonal product
    applications using only professional turf products.

    EARLY SPRING
    This application contains a balanced blend of fertilizers for sturdy growth and rich, green color plus materials to limit
    crabgrass development. In keeping with our goal limiting pesticide use, dandelion and other broadleaf herbicides will be
    applied only if required.

    SPRING
    As temperatures grow warmer we switch to slow-release fertilizers to stimulate root development and plant color.  We
    visually inspect for signs of lawn damaging insects and germinating weeds and selectively apply materials on an “as
    needed” basis.

           SUMMER / GRUB CONTROL
    Grub worms are a sub-surface feeding insect requiring special applications for control.  They are preventable if
    application is applied by June.  If left untreated grub worms will destroy your lawn. Please know that this is an extra
    charge that can be added to any lawn fertilization program that you chose. We highly recommend that you choose this
    process. If left untreated you can lose portions of your lawn, which will end up probably costing you more.

    LATE SUMMER
    We return to spot treat for any late sprouting or persistent weeds, plus check and treat for surface insects which may be
    feeding on the lawn.  Our fertilizer application is nutrient-rich to encourage new root growth and plant strength.

    FALL
    With temperatures dropping, your lawn requires an application of granular fertilizer to replenish nutrients depleted during
    the growing season.  This treatment strengthens root and cell structures enabling the grass plant to survive the cold
    winter.  We spot treat for any weeds which may be remaining.

     WINTERIZER
    This application is high in Nitrogen which will be stored in the grass root system for an early green-up and a healthier lawn
    next season.  No weed control is required.
